No picture available as this is the first time I will be offering this belt combination. You can expect the same indigo treatment as on the indigo dyed quick release belts; hand dyed natural vegtan in my natural indigo vat. Paired with the 35mm rectangular Japanese brass garrison buckle as pictured on the color 8 and black CXL belts.
*There will be variation in indigo tone; different leathers react differently with the indigo dye. The first picture would be the most accurate representation of color.
The result is gorgeous; the grain in the leather shows through the indigo dye, and the color has so many dimensions. This belt is sure to form a wonderful patina overtime. Be warned that because this is natural indigo, though rinsed and treated, it will likely "crock" a bit (the indigo will rub off slightly), this is the nature of indigo, and it's why jeans fade over time. I recommend wearing with blue denim, and avoiding white shirts for several wears or perhaps even all together. Anyone who is familiar with raw denim will know what to expect.
*Indigo quick release belt pictured for color example.
Recommended care is to minimize direct sun exposure and treat frequently with Smith's Leather Balm or a similar wax based leather dressing.
To order this belt, please measure one of your old belts using the diagram pictured above. The system that I use is the most accurate method of measurement, and involves measuring from the end of the buckle prong, to the hole that fits you best (this method accounts for any difference in length between your buckle and mine). You can add your measurement in the measurement section above, or you can shoot me a message thereafter.
